Seit über 18 Jahren berate ich Unternehmen im SAP-Umfeld — von den ersten Jahren in SAP IS-U und CRM über SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) bis hin zu meinem heutigen Schwerpunkt SAP Field Service Management und S/4HANA Service. Meine Karriere führte mich von cronos austria über Frontworx, Valantic (movento), B4B Solutions und maihiro (part of Accenture) bis hin zu KPMG als Senior Manager — bevor ich mich 2021 als unabhängiger Freelancer selbständig machte.

For over 18 years, I have been advising companies in the SAP ecosystem — from my early years in SAP IS-U and CRM through SAP Sales & Service Cloud (C4C) to my current focus on SAP Field Service Management and S/4HANA Service. My career took me from cronos austria through Frontworx, Valantic (movento), B4B Solutions, and maihiro (part of Accenture) to KPMG as Senior Manager — before I became an independent freelancer in 2021.

Diese Breite ist mein Vorteil: Ich verstehe nicht nur FSM isoliert, sondern die gesamte End-2-End Servicekette — von der Kundenanfrage über den Serviceauftrag bis zur Techniker-Rückmeldung im Feld. Aktuell beschäftige ich mich intensiv damit, wie KI-Features in SAP FSM die Technikerverplanung effizienter machen können.

This breadth is my advantage: I understand not just FSM in isolation, but the entire end-to-end service chain — from the customer request through the service order to the technician's field feedback. I am currently exploring how AI features in SAP FSM can make technician scheduling more efficient.
